I am a socially, politically, and environmentally engaged artist; an earth artist, an expressive artist, an art educator and a change maker. I am a woman, an American and Israeli, a mother, a partner, an education and social activist, and a former climate change refugee.
I live in rural low-income Lake County, California. A region traumatized by wildfires, drought, and environmental challenges that threaten us individually and collectively from May to November each year.
It is impossible to separate aspects of my artwork from my identity and experience – both personal and inter-generational.
